Abstract

• Each oral presentation is strictly allocated 7 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A and discussion (9 minutes total).
• Presenters must adhere strictly to the time limits to keep sessions on schedule.
• Presenters should arrive at their assigned room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their session.
• Only Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx / .ppt) or PDF (.pdf) files will be accepted.
• Non-standard fonts must be embedded directly within the presentation file to prevent display issues.
• All video files must be directly embedded into the presentation slides. External streaming links (e.g., YouTube) are strictly prohibited as presentation computers do not support them.
• The maximum file size for online submission is 20 MB.
• To ensure accurate session allocation, please strictly use standard characters (letters, numbers, and hyphens only—no spaces or special characters) following this format: AbstractNumber-Presentation Date-RoomNumber
• Upload your presentation via your dashboard by 5th August 2026, at 12:00 PM:
  • Log in to your ACOH2026 account
  • Navigate to your User Dashboard 
  • Navigate to "My Abstract"
  • Upload your file adhering to the naming convention and size limit. 
• Note: Files submitted after this deadline may not be pre-loaded into session rooms.
• Slide upload and final verification can also be completed in the Speakers Support Room on the following timing:
  • Session 1: 6 August 2026, by 10:00 AM
  • Session 2: 7 August 2026, by 10:00 AM
• Presenters are advised to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive.
• If there is a change in the designated presenting author, please notify the ACOH2026 Secretariat as early as possible, and no later than the first day of the congress (6 August 2026).

• Posters must be prepared in A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm), strictly in portrait orientation, utilising the provided template.
• Content must be professionally printed with high-resolution graphics suitable for distance viewing. A minimum font size of 10 pt is recommended.
• The layout must explicitly feature three key takeaway messages or learning points derived from the study.
• Hyperlinks are prohibited. Presenters may include a QR code to direct delegates to supplementary information.
• Presenters printing independently may email the Secretariat for local printer contact details in Kuching. Note: The organising committee accepts no liability for vendor arrangements or printing defects.
• Posters will be displayed on assigned panels. Panel numbers and presentation schedules are available on the website and available at the BCCK Foyer. 
• Presenters must mount their posters at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
• Poster Judging Sessions:
  • Session 1: 6 August | 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Session 2: 7 August | 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Adhesives and mounting materials will be provided on-site.
• Posters must be dismantled within 30 minutes post-session. Any posters remaining after this window may be removed and disposed of by the Secretariat; organisers take no responsibility for lost or damaged materials.
• Poster Dismantling Schedule
  • Session 1: Posters must be removed by 11:00 am on Friday, 7 August 2026.
  • Session 2: Posters must be removed by 6:00 pm on Saturday, 8 August 2026.
• Authors are required to stand by their assigned poster panel throughout the designated presentation and judging session to discuss their research with delegates and evaluators.
• Formal evaluation will take place directly at the poster panel during the scheduled session.
• Congress registration and fee payment must be finalised prior to the event.
• Any revisions to the presentation schedule will be communicated via the official conference website and email.
