Instructions for Oral Paper Presentation
- Slide upload and testing must be completed in the Speakers Support Room on 5 August 2026, before 12:00 PM. Any other link for uploading presentation slides prior to the congress will be announced soon.
- Room allocations and presentation timings will be published in the programme book and on the website from 31 July 2026.
- The duration of each presentation is seven (7) minutes, followed by two (2) minutes for questions and answers.
- Presenters are advised to strictly adhere to the 7-minute presentation time limit.
- Only Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) files will be accepted.
- If you are using non-standard fonts, they must be embedded within the PowerPoint or PDF file.
- All videos must be be directly embedded into the presentation slides. Do not use external links (e.g., YouTube), as the presentation computers cannot support them.
- If there is a change in the presenting author, you must inform the organiser on the first day of the conference, 05 August 2026.
Instructions for Poster Paper Presentation
- Presenters must prepare and bring their own hardcopy poster as the organiser will not provide printing services; however, those wishing to print locally in Kuching may email the secretariat for local printer contacts, though the organiser accepts no responsibility for any misprints or vendor arrangements.
- Posters must be prepared at A0 size, in portrait orientation, using the provided template.
- A minimum font size of 10 points is recommended to ensure readability.
- The content should clearly include three key messages or learning points derived from the study.
- Hyperlinks are not permitted. Presenters may include a QR code to provide additional information.
- Posters will be displayed on the assigned poster panel during the congress.
- Presenters must put up their poster either by 5 August 2026, 4:00 PM or 6 August 2026, 12:00 PM.
- Details of the assigned presentation time and poster panel will be communicated via email and will also be available at the Secretariat Room.
- Presenters are required to be present at their allocated poster session time.
- Poster judging will take place during the scheduled presentation session.
