Registration

1. All fees are to be paid in full upon registration.
2. Registered fees include admission to all congress sessions (excluding pre-congress workshops), daily lunch, tea breaks, transportation (only from designated pick-up locations to BCKK), and congress kit.
3. Registration fee does not cover for the Gala Dinner on 6th August 2026.
4. Participants will be notified of their confirmed registration via e-mail only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Any data collected from the participants will be used by the organiser only during the period of this event, unless prior consent has been given by the participant.
6. Any medical information collected from the participants will be used by the organiser solely for the purpose of this congress.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. 
8. The organiser shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
9. The organiser will not be held liable for any loss during the congress.

1. Cancellations must be notified by email to the congress secretariat. Any cancellation made by 30th June 2026 from the congress date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge. 
2. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. No refund can be made after 30th June 2026. The congress secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

By registering for this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. These materials may be used by the organiser – Academy of Occupational and Environment Medicine, Malaysia (AOEMM) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to promoting this event or other similar events hosted by AOEMM.
