Travel Grant

The Organising Committee of the 24 Asian Congress on Occupational Health (ACOH) 2026 is please to offer a limited number of travel grants to support delegates to attend the congress. The grant aims to promote knowledge exchange and participation in occupational health from the regions.

Grant Coverage

Successful applicants will receive accommodation for 3 nights with a Twin-sharing arrangement at a hotel arranged by the Organising Committee.

Note: Airfare, visa, airport transfer, and other personal expenses are not covered.

Eligible Countries

Applications are open to registered delegates from all countries.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be registered for ACOH 2026.
  • Submit the required documents before the application deadline.

Priority may be given to applicants who:

  • Have submitted or had abstracts accepted.
  • Are early-career professionals.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following during the application:

  • Copy of Passport (photo page) / IC for Malaysian.
  • Proof of ACOH 2026 Registration.
  • Confirmation of Abstract Submission (if applicable).

Terms and Conditions

  • Accommodation provided will be for 3 nights only on a twin-sharing basis with another travel grant recipient.
  • Room sharing arrangement will be decided by the Organiser. Any special request should be directed to the Congress Secretariat.
  • Grant cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Any additional accommodation or personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.
  • All travel grant recipients are required to attend the Early Career Professional Networking Session held during the congress.
  • The Organising Committee reserves the right to make the final selection.
  • First come, first served basis (limited rooms available).
  • Results announcement: Delegates will be contacted via email.
  • Deadline: 31 May 2026

Please note: The issuance of this travel grant does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. The final authority regarding entry and visa decisions rests solely with the Immigration Department of Malaysia and relevant Sarawak state authorities
