Dr Abu Hasan Samad
Dr Abu Hasan Samad is a distinguished Occupational and Environmental Health physician with over four decades of experience in clinical practice, occupational medicine, and health systems advisory. He currently serves as President of the Asian Association of Occupational and Environmental Health and the Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine Malaysia, as well as Congress Chair of the 24th Asian Congress on Occupational Health (ACOH) 2026. Dr Abu Hasan has played a significant role in advancing occupational health standards, workforce wellbeing, and industry health governance across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region.
