Dr Katherine Marie Carandang Chua currently serves as the Director of Occupational Health & Safety for Pfizer in the Asia Pacific region. She has extensive experience leading health and wellbeing programmes across multiple countries to strengthen organisational resilience and employee wellbeing. Dr Chua specialises in risk-based health management, disease prevention, and workplace wellness initiatives across diverse workplace settings in the APAC region. She has also successfully designed and implemented colleague wellness programmes while managing cross-functional and multi-country stakeholders.
