Dr Eugene Tordecilla Macalinga Department of Population Health, School of Nursing and Health Science, Hong Kong Metropolitan University

Dr. Eugene is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Population Health at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, with over 20 years of teaching and research experience spanning Singapore, the Philippines, and Hong Kong. He is a diplomate of the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM) and a regular speaker at key occupational and educational conferences in the region. Prior to his current role, Dr. Eugene held academic positions at the National University of Singapore's School of Medicine and Curtin University (Singapore). His career also includes clinical practice as a Visiting Physician at Hospital Universitari Clinic Barcelona in Spain, as well as experience as an Occupational Health researcher.
