Mr Azran Bin Osman Rani Naluri Hidup Sdn Bhd

Azran Osman-Rani is a serial entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience building and scaling ventures across the aviation, media, and healthcare sectors. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Naluri, a digital behavioural health company that integrates mental health and chronic disease management through a preventive, holistic, and outcomes-based approach, serving more than 200 enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and supporting the wellbeing of over one million employees. Previously, Azran was Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia X, where he grew the company from a business plan into a publicly listed airline with 2,500 employees, and later served as Chief Executive Officer of iflix Malaysia, helping expand the platform to 20 million users across 20 markets. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Astro, Bursa Malaysia, and McKinsey & Company. Azran holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering from Stanford University and is the author of 30 Days and 30 Years. Outside of work, he is an Ironman triathlete, reflecting his commitment to resilience, discipline, and lifelong wellbeing.
