Associate Professor Dr Mohd Juzaila Bin Abd Latif Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM)

Dr. Mohd Juzaila Abd Latif is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK, alongside an MRes in Computer Modelling in Engineering from the University of Wales Swansea, UK. Specialising in Biomechanical Engineering, Rehabilitation Engineering, and Assistive Technology, he serves as the Head of the Working Committee for strategic research collaboration between UTeM and the PERKESO Rehabilitation Centre, leading impactful national grants and rehabilitation programs. Dr. Abd Latif has successfully secured intellectual properties for his engineering inventions, including a patent, industrial design protection, and copyrights. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), UK, bringing vital expertise in bridging engineering modeling with occupational health and clinical applications.
